Professional gutter cleaning takes 1–2 hours and protects thousands in potential water damage. We clean from a ladder, clear all downspouts, and flag any visible damage.

How it works
Setup
Safe ladder positioning at each section of gutter. We don't walk on roofs unless specifically required.
Hand cleaning
All debris removed by hand from gutters. Faster and more thorough than vacuum-only methods for standard leaf debris.
Downspout flush
Each downspout is checked for blockage and flushed. Ground-level extensions cleared.
Debris removal
Debris bagged and taken with us. No piles on the lawn.
Visual inspection report
We note any visible damage, improper pitch, or separated joints. You get a summary on the invoice.
Common questions
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Twice a year for most Ontario homes — once in late spring (after seed pods drop) and once in late fall (after leaves are down). Homes under heavy tree cover may need more frequent service.
Do you clean two-story gutters?
Yes — we work on most residential heights with extension ladders. Very steep rooflines or three-story+ situations may need a specialist.
What about gutter guards?
Gutter guards reduce debris but don't eliminate maintenance. Fine debris and seeds still get in. We clean gutters with guards — it just takes a bit longer.
